SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Orders are typically inspected, packed, and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or while we are attending an event may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping within the contiguous United States is $15.
Orders totaling $300 or more qualify for free standard shipping after discounts and before taxes.

Delivery Estimates
Standard delivery generally takes 3–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery time.

Tracking
Tracking information will be emailed to the customer after the order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking number.
Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages
Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failed delivery attempt may require an additional shipping charge before being resent. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Please contact us promptly if an order arrives damaged or appears to be lost. Keep all packaging and provide photographs of any damage so we can assist with the carrier claim. We are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout, but we will assist with locating the shipment when possible.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the contiguous United States. We do not currently ship internationally, to US territories, or to Alaska or Hawaii.
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all knife laws and restrictions that apply in their state and local jurisdiction. Skar’s Steel Blades reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot legally or safely be shipped to its destination.

Age Requirement
By placing an order, the purchaser confirms that they are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase and possess the ordered product.
Save that policy. Your home address can stay out of this page, but Shopify still requires a valid public business address elsewhere, so keep the overall store in Draft until you obtain a business mailbox.
